1. Install the app via Bitrix24.Market.
2. Choose automation rules in the CRM automation settings and assign them to the necessary deal stage.
3. Select Mitto SMS as a provider in “Send SMS” CRM automation rule.
To install the app, you need to have an account in Bitrix24. In case you use a Bitrix24 On-premise edition, make sure your Bitrix24 account has access to Mitto SMS gateway.
Please note that the only person who can download, install, and configure the app is the administrator of your Bitrix24.
To start using the app, contact the Mitto team to create your API key. Fill in the form and mention Bitrix24 in the Message/Question section.
